Business Process Manager Finance

As a change agent you are responsible for the implementation of the new best practice business processes and global standards into the finance departments in various subsidiaries and regional offices. In close alignment with the functional team, process owners and legal entities you are responsible for the documentation and specification of the business process and data structures in order to harmonise state-of-the-art data processing. You will be involved in all end-to-end programme project phases and deliverables and lead the functional team and activities to ensure that timelines are adhered to.

Your main tasks:
  • Coach, support and manage global projects in finance for business transformation
  • Identify needs, facilitate gap analyses, challenge local specific requests within legal entities
  • Ensure end-to-end process understanding and support local process mapping of projects
  • Integrate the company’s global standards and implementation into the Finance Organisation in various regions
  • Ensure integration across regions and process areas
  • Support integration testing, write and update test scenarios and coordinate end-user-testing
  • Guide the functional team through data preparation for migration during roll-in according to the established framework
  • Mentor, train and enable Power Users to perform their ongoing support role
  • Regular travel to global subsidiaries including mentoring your colleagues across various cultures
