Head of Sales Europe

As a member of the management team, the successful candidate will take full responsibility for the European sales department. You will lead your team both by example and as coach. Key deliverables will be maintaining the premium service to existing clients, the acquisition of new customers as well as ensuring state of the art process management. You and your team not only know, read and identify the expectations of the sophisticated clients base, you will fulfil and exceed them. You have a well established network in the industry, you know the key players in the community; pension funds, insurances, family offices and the local consultants. By sharing your knowledge of how the target clients work, their mechanisms, decision processes and hierarchies you will successfully expand the business with institutional investors. Delivering compelling presentations at client events and road shows should also be one of.

We are looking for a personality with a sound education and substantial experience in a similar position. Core requirements are a thorough understanding of how the target clients take major long-term investment decisions, leadership- and process-management skills as well as fluency in English and one other European language, preferably German. A track record of success in an international environment, a high level of flexibility and willingness to travel regularly and the ability to close business deals are the additional qualities which we expect from the successful candidate.
