Sales Professional Scandinavia & UK

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the premium service to existing clients as well as for raising money from and closing advisory mandates with demanding professional clients such as pension funds, insurance companies, foundations and family offices. Directly reporting to the head of client management, you will work independently and will proactively identify, develop and service prospects in Scandinavia and the UK. By combining the comprehensive knowledge of how the target clients work, their mechanisms, decision processes and hierarchies, you will successfully build and expand the business with institutional investors. Extensive travelling, delivering compelling presentations at client events and the organization of road shows are further key activities.

We are looking for a professional with a sound education and several years of experience in financial services including a sales/fundraising track-record with traditional or alternative products. Private equity experience is preferred but not a prerequisite. Core requirements include a strong desire to perform in a professional team, a high sense of responsibility as well as an outstanding client service mindset. The ideal candidate is a positive, proactive personality with drive, flexibility and a strong work ethic. With your exceptional communication and presentation skills you will be able to convince clients and professionals at all levels. Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language is a must, any other language would be advantageous. Compensation will be attractive and competitive as well as related toward your achievements.
