In this demanding role you will be responsible for the entire field of HR-related tasks. You act as an all-round HR Business Partner, providing operational, day to day guidance and deliver in a wide range of activities across designated business groups. You manage, deliver and guarantee the quality of the Private Banking’s overall recruitment up to mid-management level. This includes all aspects, from sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting and closing the process. In addition you translate HR strategies into HR operating plans in areas like performance and talent management, succession planning including learning and development. You play an active role in HR projects and initiatives and support business change processes and reorganizations. Furthermore you keep up with the latest regulations like labour legislation and take care of international assignees and their specific requirements.
The successful candidate has a sound education and several years of hands-on experience in a HR generalist role, preferably in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate is an open minded, flexible, independent and agile individual with a “can-do” attitude, capable to manage conflicting priorities and high stakeholder expectations. Your experience of working across cultures, your credibility as well as your very good communication skills in English and German enable you to build confidence and convince professionals at all levels.
