In close alignment with the functional process owners you are responsible for the documentation and specification of the business processes and data structures in order to harmonize state-of-the-art data processing. As Change Agent you are then responsible for the implementation of the new best practice business processes and global standards into the finance departments in various subsidiaries and regions. You identify needs, dissect gap analyses and establish proper process mapping to integrate the company’s global standards and process into the Finance Organization. You adhere timelines and ensure constant reporting to the Headquarter. Being on site you guide and support regional functional teams through their migration phase, design and lead classroom trainings, workshops and integration testing in a hands-on manner. In collaboration with the technical SAP team, you coach and train associates on various levels in order to enable them to act as a future super user. You enjoy travelling on a regular basis, initially mainly in Europe, working with local teams, and being a mentor across various cultures.
We are looking for outstanding candidates with a sound education, experience in an international finance department and know-how of various finance functions and operations. You have an analytical mind-set, hands-on approach and leadership qualities. As a skilled communicator you have excellent spoken and written skills in English. Any other language is an asset. You are persuasive, and have a result-oriented attitude and hands-on approach which enables you to lead your colleagues through change and achieve the targets. You are familiar working with modern ERP systems and ideally gained some experience in process modelling.
