In this demanding role you will manage and maintain the quality of the Swiss Bank`s overall recruitment from junior to senior roles. You will assist the line managers in defining the required profiles and select the appropriate partners and methods of recruitment in agreement with the company`s requirements. Interviewing candidates, writing reports, negotiating terms and conditions of employment and ensuring the signing of the contracts will be your daily business. In addition, you will take care of various administrational tasks and get involved with project management, such as recruitment process and system issues.
Successful candidates have a sound education and several years of recruitment experience, preferably in banking. Core requirements include absolute reliability, a discreet, reticent and diplomatic personality as well as a high client- and service orientation. The ideal candidate is a perceptive and flexible person who is passionate about always recruiting the best possible individual. With your good communication and writing skills you will be able to convince professionals at all levels. Excellent IT knowledge as well as fluency in English and German are essential.
