Our client is a successful international private bank based in Zurich. The company enjoys an enviable reputation and serves its demanding clients across the full range of wealth management services. To further strengthen the professional team in Zurich, we have been appointed to find a Service Delivery Manager.

Expert Operations Service Delivery

In this newly established key position you will be responsible for the management of operations processing service delivery from an existing Zurich based service centre to wealth management businesses in Zurich and London, with likely extension to other locations in the future. In the initial stage of creating and building this service delivery function you will - in close cooperation with the head of operations - evaluate, create and define the scope of services and the associated transaction pricing based on the analysis and determination of the existing cost structure. Furthermore you will define the service levels associated with the agreed service offering. Once the service centre has been created and introduced, you will manage the relationship to all stakeholders, taking care of on-going process optimization and issue resolution. In addition you and the head of operations will continually enhance the level of service provision, identify new requirements and resolve issues around service delivery.

Successful candidates for this challenging position have a sound education and relevant experience in the financial services industry and/or consultancy. Core requirements include successful project management and initiative delivery skills, preferably involving the service management and delivery, as well as an independent, solution-oriented, perseverant and proactive working style. As a strong team-player with a can-do attitude, very high standards in quality and reliability as well as your excellent communication skills you will be able to convince professionals at all levels. Fluency in English is a prerequisite, German would be helpful.
