In close interaction with the existing EAM-Team and the support of management you will develop the client base of Independent Asset Managers in Latin America. After having familiarized with the numerous USPs of this family owned Swiss bank, you will quickly start with the introduction to your network. Since you spent the last years in the EAM market space, you are aware of the latest requirements from clients, prospects, regulators as well as the legal and compliance perspective. As a personality with an entrepreneurial mind-set you will - apart from professionally handling the daily business - come up with ideas, propositions, convince team and superiors and implement initiatives successfully.
Successful candidates for this challenging position have a sound education and several years of relevant experience. Core requirements are a distinct client orientation, a high energy level to build up the business as well as the comprehensive knowledge of how the target clients work, their mechanisms, mentalities and decision processes. Also required are a proactive and hands-on approach, outstanding communications skills, flexibility and the ability to close business deals. Fluency in English and Spanish are a must, German would be beneficial.
