The attractive size of the institute offers you a broad field of activities and a correspondingly vast number of products and services. As a member of the group internal audit team you add value by having a strong interest in the private banking and asset management as well as a good understanding of their main processes, driving comprehensive audit assignments including a sound reporting to Management and Audit committees, followed later by occasional assignments in audits of other international group companies. This includes an independent and objective assurance and consulting activity designed to improve the business of the bank, enhance the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes. You give business heads practical business advice on risk-related matters and you monitor current and developing regulatory rules.
We are looking for an experienced candidate who is an initiative-taker with a sound education (including CFA, CIA, CPA or AZEK) and several years of relevant experience in a similar position. Core requirements are a thorough understanding of asset and wealth management including in-depth audit procedures, explicit analytical skills combined with good project management experience as well as fluency in English and German; French would be a further strong asset. Excellent interpersonal skills and a well-developed sensitivity to risks are additional qualities which are expected from the successful candidate.
