IT Business Analyst

Business analysis will be strongly built up as competence and we are looking for various seniorities. You will lead one of the functional process areas like procurement, engineering, contracting or finance and controlling.

Main responsibilities

• Identify and recommend process improvements based on your analysis which are leading to the operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with your stakeholders, gather business requirements, define project objectives and align with the organizational goals
• Coordinate the involved entities with the business process, propose and implement the improvements in order to increase operational efficiency
• Continuously optimize the workflows in alignment with legal and regulatory requirements, corporate governance and best practice
• Create and maintain the documentation like workflows, charts and training materials, regarding existing or changed processes as well as their execution in the ERP systems
• Lead trainings for process implementations and execution
• Follow up industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in business analysis

Your profile

• Sound education and several years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Successful track record in process and project management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Good intercultural competence and leadership skills
• Ability to travel, valid work permit for Switzerland
